1. Overview
At Amit Saha Fitness (ASF), we are committed to providing high-quality fitness coaching and wellness programs. As our offerings include digital products, personalized plans, and coaching sessions, this Return and Refund Policy outlines our terms to ensure transparency and fairness for all clients.
2. Digital Products & Online Programs
All purchases of digital products (such as workout plans, meal guides, downloadable PDFs, or video content) are non-refundable. Once access has been granted or the files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the nature of digital content.
3. Personalized Coaching Services
This applies to services such as 1-on-1 coaching, 1-on-2 coaching, consultations, custom programs, or any other personalized plans.
- Cancellation (Before Start):
– A 10% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours of payment before the program begins.
– No refunds for cancellations after 24 hours.• After the Program Begins:
– No refunds will be issued.
– Contact us for possible adjustments or rescheduling.
4. Subscription Plans
- You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by contacting support.
• No partial refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has begun.
• Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Missed Sessions, Rescheduling & Pausing
- Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable.
• For 3-month+ plans, one session per month can be rescheduled or paused with 24-hour prior written notice.
• No rescheduling/pausing for discounted or promotional bookings.
6. Payment Disputes
Please contact support@amitsahafitness.com within 7 days of any erroneous transaction. We will promptly investigate and respond.
7. Exceptional Cases
We may offer partial refunds, plan extensions, or credits for emergencies (e.g., medical issues) at our sole discretion.
8. General Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made via email within 24 hours of registration.
• A valid reason for cancellation must be provided.
• Upon approval, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment source within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
9. Discounted Plans – Cancellation and Refunds
If you purchase a plan under a discounted offer, the following applies:
• Deductions Based on Actual Usage:
– Standard (non-discounted) rate for the duration used will be deducted.
– A 10% fee based on the full standard price applies.
• No Refund for Used Duration:
– Used time is non-refundable.
• No Refund Based on Discounted Price:
– Refunds will be calculated using standard rates.
• Refund Method:
– Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. By purchasing a discounted plan, you agree to these terms.
10. Membership Transfer Policy
Membership transfers are not available. This policy may change without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and under the jurisdiction of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
