Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only accepted if a request is made within 24 hours of registration via email to our support team.
A proper reason for cancellation must be provided in the email.
Upon approval, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted.

The refund will be processed back to your original payment source or bank account.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to approval based on our cancellation policy.
Refunds will be issued after deducting the cancellation fee of 10%.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval . Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not considered working days.

Membership Transfer Policy:

Membership transfers are not currently offered by ASF.
